RETURN POLICY
We truly hope you are 100% happy with your DAME Boss purchase.
Due to sanitary/health reasons, DAME Boss items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Once you order or pre order there are no cancellations or returns.
Under limited and extreme circumstances please reach out to DAME Boss so we can evaluate if a product is defective within 72 hours of you receiving the product. If we (DAME Boss) deem the product is not 100% up to our standards we will send you a store credit to shop on the site or resend you the product. 
 
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO DAME BOSS
After you have read the above, please email us at damebosshq@gmail.com  explaining your concerns with your purchase so we can evaluate the situation.  Please make sure to include your order number on the subject line for faster service.
 
RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return/exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund due to a defect, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International sales are final sale and are not eligible for returns/exchanges
 
SHIPPING
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 2-5 processing days before your order is shipped. For domestic orders it takes anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive.
Unfortunately, once the item is sent to the post office shipping is out of our control. If you have any questions or concerns with your order please reach out to damebosshq@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 
International Shipping rates vary based on package weight and distance. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift. 
 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

If a package is returned to DAME Boss due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS after they leave our warehouse.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
