I would suggest for a light and luminous application use your finger tips to apply a light layer + spot conceal. The best base for this application is the Summer Fridays // jet lag mask - this mask is a must for the plane ride as well!
*** I would not recommend this method with the MILK MAKEUP // gripping primer. That primer specifically goes best with a full face application.
